Stop the presses- Oh My Good Shoes! Did you know that you can add fonts in Google Slides? Forgive me if this is old news but what a revelation!! I was always so bummed that those were the 'only' options- little did I know!! If you live under the turnip truck as I apparently do, read on to find out how!!
- To check out what fonts you would like to add, head on over to Google Fonts. There you can browse many, many wonderful fonts. You will need the names of the ones you want to add.
- Then open up Google Slides, create a text box, and then click on the font option. At the top of the list, it says more fonts. Hmm, In hindsight this should have been a giveaway but I never took the bait-HA!
- If you click on that option and type in the name of the font you loved from Google Fonts- it appears magically!! Click to add and there you go- new fonts for your slides!
This my friends makes me happy!!
